Goway Welcomes Cory Payton to the Team as Account Manager
2022 was a banner year for Goway in the US travel market. Based on predictions and market trends, it’s likely 2023 will be even better. That’s why we’ve added Cory Payton as Account Manager in the US, expanding our dynamic Account Management team in order to best serve the rapidly growing American travel market.
Cory Payton is an experienced travel professional who has worked in all parts of the industry over the past 30 years. He has loved to travel from a young age and started his professional journey with Trek America and Contiki Holidays, leading tourists from Europe and abroad around the United States. He soon became a Global Sales Manager for Trek America before transitioning to a Regional Account Manager role with Contiki Holidays. He expanded his career with Swain Destinations, starting as their Western Regional Sales Manager and eventually working his way up to Senior Account Executive.
Cory has strong relationships with various travel consortiums, including Virtuoso, AAA, American Express, and Signature. Throughout the years he’s remained a passionate traveller, with extensive experience leading FAMs and exploring parts of Africa, Asia, Australia, and New Zealand.
“I can’t wait to bring my past knowledge of the incredible Signature advisors and their unique abilities to Goway,” says Cory Payton about his new role with Goway. “Together, we’ll create a wealth of possibilities for American travel professionals and their clients.”
